COLOR: Straw yellow color with golden reflections
TASTE: Dry at the palate with a nice freshness and flavours of ripe fruit with good persistence.
SCENT: white fruit sensors and aromatic herbs with prevalence of chamomile.
PAIRINGS: Combined with sautéed clams and shellfish dishes and fish soups. They marry well with vegetables and fresh cheese.
