Selection of grapes from owned estate vineyards located in Agro di Montemiletto at 500 ~ 550 metres a.s.l.

Coda di volpe (fox tail) is an ancient vine from Campania region known already at the times of Ancient Romans as “cauda vulpium”.

Once upon a time it was considered a second class vine used only as blend. Nowadays thanks to the winemaking in purity with modern methods, has reached very high qualitative levels. Wine is straw yellow color with golden reflections, at the nose you can smell white fruit sensors and aromatic herbs with prevalence of chamomile.

Dry at the palate with a nice freshness and flavours of ripe fruit with good persistence.
