The Irpinia Rosato D.O.C. of Tenuta del Meriggio

Classification: Still rosé wine

Aglianico is a vine already known in ancient times, originally from Greece, is now planted especially in Campania; there are different biotypes cultivated, but the characteristics are very conditioned by the soil and climate in which they are bred.

It is characterized by a lively pink colour and delicate hints of cherry, dog rose and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasantly persistent thanks to its minerality.
