Selection of grapes from vineyards located in Beneventano area
Falanghina vine is cultivated mainly in the area of Sannio where also its clone from Benevento can be found. It shows a discrete vigour and a good productivity. Grapes get harvested by hand and make white wine fermented at low temperature in steel barrels.
Wine has a straw yellow colour with an intense aromatic profile well balanced with sensor of agrumes, pineapple and white peach.
At palates it appears with a good acidity and richness, with flavours which remind of ripe fruit also tropical.
